1/27/2008 Seawhores on Medicine Lake
The Art Shanty Projects 2008 have arrived! While most Minnesotan music fans were escaping the sub-zero weather by huddling together indoors, bundled-up arts lovers chose to make lemonade from ice cold lemons by venturing not only outdoors, but right on top of frozen Medicine Lake for the opening weekend of the month-long festival. On January 26th, photographer Adam Bubolz captured Seawhores plugging in during a frost filled weekend of shack building, craft projects, theatre performances, bicycle races and lots of bright white snow.
